How We Can Help You
How We Can Help You
Let’s reshape the way we view ADHD and executive functioning challenges. First and foremost, ADHD isn’t a flaw, it’s a different way of thinking and experiencing the world. With affirming support, strategies, and self-understanding, you can harness your strengths and create systems that work for you. Not against you. Here, we focus on just that. Let’s learn about your specific neurodivergent profile and unique needs. As a team.
Autism is a natural and valid way of experiencing the world. You deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated for exactly who you are. PDA (Persistent Drive for Autonomy) is a profile of autism characterized by a strong desire and need for autonomy and difficulty complying with perceived demands. Understanding and honoring your unique needs with flexibility, collaboration, and self-compassion allows you to thrive. Let’s work towards thriving together.
Whether you’re exploring gender, sexuality, or seeking a space free from judgment, gender-affirming support can make all the difference. Our work can help navigate coming out, relationships, self-acceptance, and the unique experiences of being queer, trans, or non-binary in today’s world. We center our clients voices to ensure your voice is heard and valued throughout the therapy process. You lead the way and we follow. At the end of the day, our clients know themselves best and we honor that here.
Stress and anxiety can easily lead to avoidance, making it harder to fully engage with the world around us. If you find yourself missing out on important experiences due to emotional overwhelm or sensory overstimulation, you're not alone. Once we've laid the groundwork with emotional processing and coping strategies, therapy doesn't have to stay in the office. We can step into real-world experiences together, whether that's through walk and talk sessions, on location support, or immersive virtual reality, to explore and process emotions in the moments they arise.
We offer all families the option of parent, caregiver, or co-parent support sessions. We believe in a collaborative, team-based approach to strengthen family relationships and support systems. Clients may participate in family therapy sessions or virtual caregiver check-ins focused on parenting strategies, communication skills, and emotional support. These sessions also provide a dedicated space for caregivers to process their own experiences and explore ways to care for themselves, their children, and their partnerships.
We work with highly sensitive people, those who feel deeply, notice a lot, and sometimes get overwhelmed by overstimulating world around them. If you’ve ever been told you’re “too sensitive,” we want you to know: your sensitivity and softness isn’t a flaw. It’s a strength. We offer a calm, compassionate space where your nervous system can settle and your experience is fully seen and understood. Being a highly sensitive person (HSP) can feel like both a gift and a challenge. We’re here to help you make sense of your emotions, protect your energy, and feel more at home in yourself.
